By purchasing you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Nichole Sylvester International:

  1. Intensive and Participation:
    • The Intensive and library content materials are exclusively granted to women enrolled into the program.
    • Participation is contingent upon compliance with these Terms.
  2. Confidentiality:
    • The Community is designated as private, and participants are expressly prohibited from sharing any personal information derived from the Community outside the container.
    • Any violation of confidentiality may result in the immediate and unilateral termination from the Intensive.
  3. Diversity and Inclusion:
    • The Community is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion.
    • Discrimination based on religion, race, or political views is strictly forbidden.
  4. Zero Tolerance for Racism:
    • Any manifestation of racism within the Community will result in immediate exclusion.
  5. Commercial Activities:
    • Members are expressly prohibited from offering  advertising, services or engaging in any form of solicitation within the Community thread, sessions or at retreat.
  6. No Refunds or Transfers Policy:
    • Nichole Sylvester International maintains a strict no refunds policy. Transfers are also prohibited. This policy applies even in the case of exclusion from the Community for any reason. 
  7. Right to Remove:
    • Nichole Sylvester International retains the irrevocable right to remove any Member from the Community at any time and for any reason, with prior notice or explanation. 
  8. Warning and Exclusion:
    • In the event a Member receives a warning and subsequently violates these Terms, exclusion from the Community will be enforced.
  9. Indemnity:
    • Members hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nichole Sylvester and Nichole Sylvester International from any claims or liabilities arising out of their participation in program, retreat or community.
  10. Personal Responsibility:
    • Members acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for their own results and experiences within the Intensive program.
  11. Photos & Video Policy:
    • While efforts are made to maintain the privacy of the Community, especially in deep process. Photos and videos will be taken at the retreat.
    • Nichole Sylvester International reserves the right to utilize photos and videos for marketing, teaching and promotion. 
  12. Content Ownership:
    • All content within the Miracle Minded Woman Intensive is the exclusive property of Nichole Sylvester International.
  13. Marketing Use:
    • All content within the Community may be utilized for marketing purposes by Nichole Sylvester International.

By purchasing and choosing to participate in The Miracle Minded Woman, the participant affirms that they have read, understood, and unequivocally agreed to abide by these legally binding Terms and Conditions.
