After, we circle up in our sacred space for meditation, visioning, embodiment practices & breathwork
Depending on the day, we head to the waterfalls or walk monkey Forrest or into town for lunch together.
Later, it may be a spa day where you’ll get the absolute Queen treatment of flower bath and Balinese flower bath. Or, free time to shop and integrate in cute cafe.
We also visit temple for the Holy Water purification ceremony and experience why Ubud and Bali are so special.
In the evening, after dinner, we gather again to meditate, vision, share with one another and sing as an offering. My favorite.

Ancient Temples: You'll visit Pura Tirta Empul (ancient Holy water temple) for purification ceremony under the energy of the new moon.
Meals are Detoxifying & Divine: Our villa chef prepares organic, nourishing meals (think the freshest dragon fruit you've experienced) AND you'll experience a few of my favorite restaurants and cafes.
Ground Transportation: You will be greeted at the airport upon arrival on day of retreat. Transfers to/from airport will be set up for you and included.
